Faculty Brief

The idea of establishing the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) at Al-Ahliyya Amman University emerged from the university administration’s belief in the importance of the engineering sector and its various specializations in promoting development and providing the local and regional labor market with highly qualified and trained engineers and contributing to community service and the development of the various engineering sectors in order to advance the national economy and its various public and private sector institutions. As a result, the Faculty of Engineering was established in the university in the academic year 1991 -1992 . Since then that date , it this faculty has evolved to include six five academic departments: Communications and Computer Engineering, Medical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering , and Electric Communications Vehicles & Computer Engineering, supervised and by with qualified and trained staff including faculty members and administrators.
